Day 11 - Ashford to Brecon 7/06/2005
Wotton-under-EdgeWe left our cheap car park in time to avoid the next day charge and headed to Wales via the Cotswolds. At Cirencester we ate for lunch our pate, cheese and baguettes that Roger had ordered in French from a little market in Paris. The pate seller humoured us or himself by speaking back and asking questions in French.

Parked for the night in a laybyWe stopped briefly at Wotton Under Edge, Roger’s mothers’ birthplace before driving to Wales over the expensive NZ$14 Severn toll bridge. Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium was easy to find but Cardiff was hard to get out of (no signs). We free camped somewhere between Merthyr Tydfil and Brecon, moving once because of suspicious car movements.
